What is a Bill of Quantities?
This is a document prepared by Quantity Surveyors using information prepared by the Architect/ whole design team. In basic terms each and every aspect of the project is measured using a standard method of measurement and scheduled out to produce separate bills and these form the completed document. This document is then used to obtain an overall price for the scheme.
